Orders can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to ship out.
You can request a cancelation of your adoption for a full refund anytime within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel your order.
When your order has been packed up and shipped out, you will receive a email stating so. You will also receive your tracking number so you can easily track your Parcel.
First Class Mail takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery, if there are no delays on behalf of USPS. Business days do not include holidays, unexpected weather delays, sundays or whichever other reason the post office might be closed.
Any Enchanted Parcels over 1LB, will be sent through USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH TRACKING (there is no extra charge, i will cover the difference). Priority Mail takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery, if there are no delays on behalf of USPS.

Phantom Retro is not responsible for Parcels that are lost, damaged or marked as delivered in tracking but you didn’t receive. If you have any issues arise with your delivery, you will have to handle related issues directly with USPS as i am only provided with the same tracking information on the USPS website as you will be but if i can be of assistance during this type of situation between you and your USPS agent, i will be most happy to help!
