It is also a metaphor for personal vision and enlightenment. Think of a tornado or whirlpool as you follow the spirals that take you to the center – the center of the Universe or to the center of your being.
As you dance the sacred spiral contemplate the following: what are the qualities of movement in your world? What kind of reaction do you create with the energy you send into the Universe? Is your movement compatible with your greatest desires? Is your dance in tune with Mother Nature’s cycles? Do you have a dissipation of energy and a lack of control/discipline? (This is a signal that you have lost connection to the Source.) Is there a lack of intent behind the energy you are sending out? Do you feel like you are tail-spinning or going down the drain? Is your energy causing friction? Is your mind spinning out of control? This is a signal that you are not grounded.
